1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of steelysys.com and any product, tool, brief, course or service offered by SteelySystems LLC. By using the site or purchasing a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By purchasing you confirm that you may lawfully use trading software and receive market commentary in your jurisdiction.
3. Educational purpose — not investment advice
SteelySystems LLC is not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant. Nothing on this site, in our indicators, briefs, courses or communications is personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.
All products are educational and informational tools. Any signal, arrow, alert, score, level or visual output is an analytical aid, not an instruction to enter, exit or manage a trade. Every trading decision is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for the outcome.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Purchases & delivery
Purchases are processed by Whop, our checkout provider. Your payment is subject to Whop’s own terms in addition to these. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any tax that may be applied at checkout.
Products are delivered digitally. After a completed purchase you receive a license key and installation instructions by email, normally within minutes. If delivery has not arrived within a few hours, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.
Founders pricing, launch-window bonuses and other promotional terms apply only within the dates stated on the relevant page.
6. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Software license
Indicators and other software are licensed, not sold. Your use is governed by the End User License Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense, lend or redistribute any product or license key;
- copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer any software, or attempt to defeat licensing;
- republish our briefs, course material, screenshots or documentation as your own;
- scrape, overload, probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
- use our products for any unlawful purpose, or to provide advisory services to third parties without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — software, source code, text, briefs, course material, screenshots, graphics, logos and the SteelySystems name — is owned by SteelySystems LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase grants the license described in the EULA and nothing more.

10. Third-party services
The site links to and depends on third-party services, including Whop, Cloudflare, Discord and NinjaTrader. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or conduct.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every configuration, or that it will produce any particular result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteelySystems LLC and its members, officers and contractors will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those places the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteelySystems LLC from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or products, your trading decisions, or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SteelySystems LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado for any dispute not otherwise resolved.
Before filing, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other and allowing thirty (30) days to respond.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
